Very rude and impatient staff. One was annoyed she couldn't 'have her fag' as my custom rudely interrupted her. The other older woman huffed, puffed and made faces that I didn't bring a parcel to their Evri PACKAGE FREE DELIVERY station! Not only that but forced lento pay £1.80 for a parcel. Really uncomfortable and upsetting experience. Shame to waste two jobs on miserable people who are clearly fed up with life

Tried today 22/10/24 to get a update on a 1st class, signed for large letter, which Royal mail states it could take 1 to 3 working days to arrive, which was handed in on Thursday 17 /10 /24, however struggled to get a word in as constantly over spoken to, being told there is no guarantee to arrive for how long up to a month she told me, should of registered the letter! Very unprofessional customer service and attitude!

Tried to drop off a pre paid parcel, to which I was told I had purchased the wrond size label. After returning home and measuring the item it was completely within the guidlines of the purchased label.

Please teach staff how to measure the item before refusing to send the package.

Owner of store very abusive to staff and customers swearing and asking me to get out his shop I only wanted to post a parcel Will never be back Posted parcel no problem else where Girls working in shop wanted to help but he was abusive to them He needs to be reported and put out of business

just been in this post office. very annoyed really. Non of the staff wearing masks yet moving freely among customers. 6 customers in the shop and only 3 bothering with masks and left quickly. Do not go to this shop. We will need soon to go into full lock down primarily because people like this will not the simple things. They are also breaking the law of course but that does not seem to bother them, shame, they had always been nice people in the past

No chance of getting served when school wains are in at dinner time,other than that the guy is sound, could do with more staff at busy times
