I was hesitant to stay here, because of some bad reviews (bad smell, room too small, very dirty, bad food), but I ended up booking anyway and couldn't be happier.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly cleaned and the breakfast was great! Also ample parking up front.

So I think that this place was fantastic value for money. No it's not the newest "Royal Luxor Deluxe", but it's a great place for travelers.

Great stay! Value for money!
The room are fresh and very clean!
Little 'outdated' but super ok!!
Most important, good beds and excellent linnen. The breakfast was very good and more than complete. Very near from the highway and there are many restaurants in walking distance.
We booked 15 minutes in advance.
Then all staff is super helpful and friendly.
Overall a pleasant tourist-hotel for a quick and pleasant stay.

*Do not be desperate!!!*
We drove from Italy (on our way home) and just needed a place to sleep for a night. We found this hotel through google maps which was conveniently located since we’re driving towards Germany. We saw the first 5 photos or so here and thought it was ok. But it’s NOT.
It was late in the night so we paid for the rooms.
Got to the room and found out that the Aircon wasn’t working. We approached the reception and was given an electric fan. We put it on but it was too small to make any difference.
The receptionist Assya said there wouldn’t be any problem if we wanted to cancel. So we did.
But PROBLEM there is…
They won’t refund us as assured!!!
We have e-mailed as Assya asked us to do (same night as we were there) and several times after that. … even phoned them when we got back home just to be rudely ignored (the person who answered the phone hang up on me).
So conclusion: this place is NOT worth €75 (++).
The place is incomparable almost to those photos they have in their website. The rooms were dark and suffocating. Sadly untrustworthy…

The staff at the reception was very nice when we arrived. We traveled with our dog and he was kindly welcomed. However, the hotel itself is old and it is not well maintenanced. It could also be cleaner, the floor for instance was not mopped. Breakfast was very simple. I would not necessarily come back, but it was fine for one night.

En route to the South of France from Zebrugge and after a very long drive, we were pleased to arrive at this hotel at around 8 pm. We received a friendly welcome from the receptionist and allocated our room. The room was quite small, but it was clean and presentable. The bed was comfortable enough. During the night the room became very hot which disturbed our sleep. The shower was fine but the bath towels were small and thin. We had breakfast the following. morning and we were happy with that - continental but with lots of choice.

This is a compact motel type accommodation |Myself and my wife have stayed here before so knew what to expect. ||The place has a spacious car park (unsecured) but we have had no problems with our motorcycle being parked there overnight||The room is big enough, the bed was very comfortable to me as I like a firm mattress. ||The room had air conditioning which was great as we didn’t want to leave the window open, being on the ground floor ||The bathroom has seen better days although everything works well||Fir the price it is good value and would recommend to others

The staff is very friendly. Parking is easy. Restaurants are within walking distance. Located at a large commercial area. The room (nr. 10) was clean. The beds were good. Some suggestions for improvement: Having a room for 2 persons, we would like to have 2 chairs, more important than a rack for the suitcase. Furthermore, The bathroom works, but needs some attention. The tap was working, but somewhat loose. The shower grip should be fastened more tightly.
