Beautiful! So so beautiful! The flowers my husband order for our honeymoon at our Disney stay are so fresh and amazing! They also designed them in a keepsake vase so now every time we use that vase it will be filled with lovely memories! The staff that helped us with this order was so kind and helpful! They did such a great job!

I will be forever grateful for the excellent service and empathy the employees at Gift Me Flowers showed my family and I this past Sunday. I had ordered flowers from the grandchildren for my grandfathers funeral mass from another florist. Upon entering the room, our flowers were not there. I called the company and they told me that there is no location near the funeral home, so our flowers would not be arriving. Very frustrated, upset, and embarrassed, I frantically went calling local florists to see if anyone would be able to accommodate a last minute order. Gift Me Flowers arranged a beautiful piece as well as had the flower spray delivered within an hour. They were so understanding and accommodating. I recommend this florist to anyone as they are trustworthy, empathetic, and talented.

Quiero dar las gracias a cada uno de los que trabajan aqui. Hace ya casi 1 semana más o menos, mi familia y yo fuimos con una necesidad y ellos la suplieron con mucho amor y mucho talento por demás. Conectaron corazón a corazón con mi mamá y nosotras ya que pasamos por la perdida de la princesita de la casa. Mi hermanita de 21años. Pedro con poquito tiempo pudo traer a la vida el traje perfecto que mi mamá quería para despedir Ai hermanita. Grizel y Jetzel lograron traer a vidas el perfecto arreglo floral así como lo queríamos. Al igual que ellos nos hicieron la decoración del salón funeral para que la celebración de vida de mi hermanita fuera la más especial. Llevaron todo, decoraron y también nos ayudaron a poner las cosas adicionales que queríamos presentar. Después se encargaron de recoger todo para que nos fuéramos sin preocupaciones al entierro. Excelente servicio por demás. Gracias a tod@s! ❤️

Pésimo servicio el que brindan,hice un pedido una semana antes para que no hubiera ninguna sorpresa resulta ser que llegaron tarde de la hora acordada,la persona esperando sin poder salir de la casa teniendo que salir y no podía por su demora,la cinta que decoraron el ramo de flores no era del color que había pedido,no lo recomiendo a nadie muy mal servicio y falta de organización que tienen

The service was less than acceptable but I unforgettable had no other option. I made a call on Saturday to place an order where i spoke to who i thought was the owner. She was friendly on the phone and explained they could make custom orders with the price range of my choice (This was the only positive of the company). I made an order and scheduled to pickup my order at 11am the time they open on their business hours on google, their store front, and the information she gave me over the phone.

However this was not the case. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time, I had a busy day ahead of me and picking these flowers up was one of the most important steps of my day. I patiently waited for 45 minutes and the business still had not opened. I spoke to a kiosk nearby and they said she would contact her to let her know I was there. So she had to be aware i was waiting for the order.

I WAS FED UP, so I left. On to my other errands. I attempted to call her and find information before leaving the area. She answered and had no sense of urgency or even care that she was not present. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY.

OMG!!! This place is the best I’m telling you. The customer service was just excellent and they were so kind and personable. I’m talking everyone who worked in there were helpful and pleasant with smiles!!!! I came in yesterday for a late Mother’s Day gift and they were well stocked with all types of wonderful flowers and gifts at reasonable prices. They were so quick and efficient with taking care of my needs to get the perfect Mother’s Day gift. I’m grateful for this store will keep coming back as well as recommending. 10 stars if I could. Come shop here money well spent!!!!
