Where do I begin? If I could give this Dollar Tree 0 stars I absolutely would. I went in to grab some toys with my children as we do every Friday due to their good behavior at school but I needed to go to Walmart so I decided to stop by this Dollar Tree. Big mistake. From the moment you walk in everything is unorganized. I went to the school supplies section to look for workbooks and all the books were unorganized thrown everywhere and on the floor. There were boxes piled up everywhere along the isles, so much of the stuff on the shelves were inaccessible. Then we went to the toy section for my children to pick some toys out. That's when we hear through the intercom "get your kids out of the toy section they are destroying everything" I was shocked, uncomfortable and even embarrassed. My kids were just picking out their toys. They did not break anything or ruin anything and anything they decided not to pick out they put it right back. Before I swiftly made my exit I did ask who said that over the intercom. She said her name was Ms. Roberts and assuming from the black unmarked shirt she was wearing (which lacked a name tag) , she was probably the manager. What a disgrace. I notated her name and went about my day. As I was walking out all you could hear was her talking about my kids as if they were the ones who had the store a mess. We will not be coming back to this store and I really hope upper management sees this and does something about the terrible management of this store. A true disappointment and lack of professionalism from a store manager.

What to say about Dollar Tree at Southpark circle?

This is probably the biggest Dollar Tree I have been to. The selection of items is great and you can spend some time roaming around and find really cool stuff. The Weekly WOW section is pretty cool and a good attention getter.
They are really following the mask and social distancing measures.

Good job!

Where do I start? Ms Libby has to be fired immediately I have never in almost 15 yrs of going to dollar tree ever experienced such a negative interaction! And the worst part is the manager on duty was condoning her behavior talking about myself and two other customers were taken aback by this woman’s behavior! She said she’s human and hanging up on her is not right but mam we are expressing to you that this employee is being unprofessional and disrespectful! As a manager it is your job to de escalate the situation and not condone the negative behavior. I understand we’re human I get that we all make mistakes and I empathize with retail workers all
Around the world as I’ve been working retail almost 20 years! At the end of it they couldn’t solve my issue that the employee origins created and to be honest unless these individuals are held accountable you will continue to have these situations with loyal customers. Safe to say won’t be going there anymore! Dollar tree please stop hiring people that can’t work retail/ customer service. I hope this gets to corporate so something can actually can be done!

Worst customer service ever. The cashier, an old lady, white hair, I asked her for my receipt and she answered it is just $1 why you want the receipt? Mmm because I want it haha I don’t have to give explanations, if I ask for the receipt is because I need it and that’s it.
