Just had a munchy box delivery. Food was disgusting, everything over cooked and burnt. Not edible, phoned the shop and was told that they would sort something out for the next time that we order, food was so bad that we would never order again

Food arrived in good time, food was cold, donner meat was stale, ordered a munchie box with garlic mayo, no garlic mayo only pakora sauce and chilli sauce which wasn’t ordered, was supposed to come with 2 cans of juice, only came with 1 which wasn’t either of the 2 ordered but came with a cheese burger and chips
Will not be returning in a hurry

Had a delivery after waiting over an hour to be put off my food and was sick as I found not 1 but 2 hairs in my burger!!! Absolutely disgusting! They obviously don't follow health and safety rules by wearing PPE will not be ordering from here again

Usually use stavs for kebabs but shops shut for a month. Thought I'd give this a bash got a king-size kebab 1 tub of sauce given free which is nowhere near enough so had to buy more at 80p a tub, food came and bag was actually dripping with fat, tried the naan all I could taste was grease easily the worst kebab available possibly worldwide.

I love a kebab, normally they don't like me, usually have an unquenchable thirst for hours after. The first time it's not happened, so I'll be back, not to often though.

Wouldnt even give it one star but i had to, so i could leave this. I ordered a pizza online last night at 10.45 and paid with my bank card and its now the next again day and im Still waiting. Called the branch they said i had to phone head office!! Disgusting, customer service is vile. Total scumbags.

Ordered a kebab and burger really disappointed kebab meat tasted horrible no seasoning and not the usual standard I really hope it's a one off as I usually love the food and hopefully not a cheaper alternative

Bought a burger and there was a rather long hair in it , when delivery driver came back with money refund he wanted proof opened the burger up to show him and there was another hair , poor communication as well , won't be buying from there again 🤑🤑
